Thanks, though I'm fortunate enough to be able to do that and went private last year and, for the time being at least, I'm OK.

I've been fortunate, for the time being anyway, to be in a position to have followed this up privately. Many won't be able to.

W're concerned about the upcoming EHRC guidance, as we suspect that it may conflict with our policies. It remains to be seen what we will do when we see the final guidance and when it is implemented as a statutory instrument by this govt, but we will NOT change our policies to become less inclusive.
