There's a book to be written on the places these companies choose. Meta and Amazon are not investing tens of billions in North Louisiana because they respect the local population. Quite the opposite. And they prefer that there's no critical local journalism or anyone to write that book.

After the last couple disputes where YTTV just automatically gave everyone this credit, I believe they have rightly deduced that many folks are just too lazy to click a couple things and this will save them a bunch of money on these credits.
Heads up: YouTube TV is giving a $20 credit to subscribers over the Disney/ESPN mess, but you have to actually go into the settings to claim it.

This is not the first time thing kind of thing has happened in a Heisman race, but in this era where the regular season is getting more devalued and ignored, it's takes stuff like Gus Johnson entering another plane of existence to even get noticed.
Gotta say, if I had a Heisman vote, I'd be going with the guy who simply torched Penn State from the beginning, not the guy who needed the late heroics (and the best catch of the year).
