Shortly after my Dad's death, I hopped on BART & went where the wind took me. It brought me to North Beach. Upon seeing the National Shrine of St. Francis I exited Muni, & proceeded to the church. I had no idea of it's identity. Stepping inside as midday mass began, I felt both home 'n my Dad w/ me.

Hey remember when Republicans refused Merrick Garland’s Supreme Court nomination for like a full YEAR but later rushed thru a SCOTUS appointment 3 weeks before an election?
