I don't like doing this. It feels fucked up to constantly point out the negative dimensions of someone who just died in a horrific, worrying way. But I would like the media to tell basic truths about this person and his impact on public life rather than resorting to euphemism and outright lies!

My cat and I don't speak the same language, but when I opened the curtains in a dark room and she meowed while squinting and pulling back from the light... I feel like that's a universal experience that I understood.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea this summer. Getting used to having something strapped to my face is... Interesting. That being said, the sleep I get now is much more restful and I don't wake up with headaches. If you suspect you have sleep apnea I encourage you to talk to your doctor.
