I was diagnosed with sleep apnea this summer. Getting used to having something strapped to my face is... Interesting. That being said, the sleep I get now is much more restful and I don't wake up with headaches. If you suspect you have sleep apnea I encourage you to talk to your doctor.

Bias in surveys is nothing new - but I've never seen it be as blatant as the #Alberta Next Panel survey. It's unreal. For example, to answer the three survey questions on the Alberta Pension Plan, you have to watch a 5-minute unskippable propaganda ad from the Alberta government. Then this :

The Saudi government pays the WWE millions to bring these shows in (reportedly $1B over 10 years). TKO (WWE owners) are a publicly traded company, and they aren't saying no to millions of profit.

God this sounds familiar. Every election in Canada I hear that we *have* to vote for the centrists to stop the right. The second a lefty politician is in the lead and could stop the right, the centrists pull away. It's always the same.

Both myself and a close friend dealt with this all the time. We'd go to the emerg with a serious issue and evidently a Dr. Barbie would come up and say "have you tried mindfulness and losing weight?", wasn't my first thought because of the internal bleeding but thanks...
