have dreamt of my family almost nightly the last month. something about spring brings up the memory of every other spring more so than any season for me. estrangement is so strange and banal and continuous; I feel it in my body like a current that subsumes any center.

Dreamt last night that our neighbors across from us (who have an immaculate lawn), decided to xeriscape, and they had all their sod sitting out, and I told Lucie we have to get their sod!
That was the entire dream, which I told Lucie this morning, and she said simply and accurately,
“you’re old”.

Last night had a dream I found a stray alpaca. Leashed it in my front yard and went to find the owner. When I returned shortly after it not only had transformed into a human, but it had built a restaurant on the front of my house which was bustling and well respected by the community.

I dreamed I was pet sitting for a friend. At the beginning of the weekend, there was one dog. By the end, there were several turtles, a bear, three dogs, a porcupine and a beaver. Baby, I was STRESSED. 😩 All the animals got along fine, but the meal planning????? Whew.

I dreamed I left my ebike on the street and people stole every part of it except the front wheel and the handlebars
