I can confirm this is true and I can also say that the lack of an eviction moratorium is fueling this trend.
Friends from Minneapolis reporting to me that things are at the point where folks are being hidden in other people's houses and we are in the "again" part of "never again" which the "never" was supposed to preclude

I'm glad you've got it down to a week or less with the right bc! and also it's frustrating enduring even a week of this. ❤️🩹 some months I feel like I get 7 good days and 21 bad haha.

every month I ask some variation of this and then have to remind myself my body just cannot handle the sudden and drastic shift in hormones. fingers crossed I can convince my obgyn to move forward with a hysterectomy in the next few years. 🤞

the cards I thrifted from a dusty shop tucked away in a corner on the bottom level of Pike Place market back when I lived in Seattle. I bought a matchbox full of decks of cards and half of them had all 52. these ones are glossy but mostly broken in by now.

I won the lure (a raffle? a claw machine? I don't recall) when renewing my fishing license many summers ago, and I pulled the hook from it so I could string it onto my keychain. the paint is mostly chipped away now.
