It's #TDOR and I remain so happy that I don't have to remember my wife or child because they're still here and happy, but also remember that's not true for all trans people, and also that governments and idiots (synonyms I know) can change that for the worse so fast and for the stupidest reasons.

I did not know this and am horrified by it.
First night of living on my own, turned the heating off last night, went to bed, something reset overnight and woke too early cos it'd turned itself back on. So now the house is toasty and the person who'd appreciate it doesn't live here any more. Grumpy. Going to go back to sleep.

I can't even explain what's unsettling about this place, aside from the oddly blank windows and the fact I can't see the purpose of any of the rooms (except the bathroom, which I do quite like!), none of them seem designed for anything

Last night's awakeish time I was trying to remember the terms for the two types of washing machines - I finally got 'toploading' and 'frontloading' and my brain immediately earwormed me which was really confusing until I realised the song it was singing was 'Dancing in the Moonlight'

I have discovered a new (to me) and annoying BSky thing. I split my Follows down into Lists, it makes everything more manageable and means I can prioritise stuff. But Lists don't include people reposting without quote posting. So if someone doesn't add their own words to the repost I don't see it.

I spent 72 hours checking the posting times of every Gazan account I saw fundraising. More than 2/3 of them were inconsistent with Gaza but consistent with Myanmar or Cambodia, where hundreds of thousands of people are trafficked into doing scam work under threat of violence or death.
