My Demon hunter is now lvl 70. I have ten 80s and six 70s. All classes are now represented 70+. Guess I have work to do on four of them. I'll put a clothespin on my nose for the warlock. #wow

I gave my mom what I thought was a soup-themed bath bomb some years back, but it was actually soup. She had to call my dad in to get her out of the greasy tub.

This anti-trans frathouse fuckmelon is on HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY?

Our motherfucking media is useless. How do you NOT mention this when he's arguing against trans health care?

And how do you print this fact here without immediately calling attention to his opposition to hormones for trans ppl?

Okay. It's complete.

If you're middle aged (and won't block me for taking a joke seriously... Jeesh)... Now's your cue to hit on me.

Me, watching sci-fi movies: oh nice, an autistic character

The movie: no this is a sentient robot that all the other characters abuse

Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

I have been doing entirely too much earnest posting about deep things recently, I need to do a proper thread about hippo testicles or something just to keep myself sane.

Oh by the way hippos have migratory testicles.

I was a debate kid and what I learned is that the best people at arguing do not believe or care about what they’re saying.
People love to talk about how awful theater kids are, and they’re not wrong, but let’s be real, debate kids have made this country a lot worse

If you have a product that people love and want to use... you do not have to do that. Like, when the iPhone came out, your Mac wasn't constantly saying to you, 'Hey, have you tried sending emails on your iPhone???'

The belief that we have to rehabilitate awful and careless people to move forward is one of most consistent obstacles to progress.

This perspective is also one of the most exploited positions that bigots use to spread their hate.

Some people are just bad people.

Why am I so against generative AI in games?

Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

PSA: despite having Epi-Pens my entire life, literally no doctor ever bothered to tell me the reason they come in 2-packs isn’t so you can keep the backup somewhere else, but because you might get in a situation where one pen doesn’t buy you enough time, and so you shouldn’t separate them.
