Get cars off cedar lake parkway completely. The paths are narrow and crowded and France Avenue goes all the same places.
The driver of this car doesn't know that bicycles are allowed on the parkway. They honked at us incessantly disturbing not only us, but probably everyone at cedar lake 😡
