I'm not sure about the cattails for the spider lily stigma, and I gotta revise alligator anatomy for the legs, but I think the idea is ok. Maybe the flower bunch held by the goblin's severed arms needs to be more clear, dunno if it reads well.

This actually reminded me of how terrified of anthro player races/ancestries D&D has been over the decades. Despite creating a literal tonne of beastfolk, very few have ever been playable without homebrew or unreasonable additional onuses. I have a spreadsheet somewhere from back when I was... 1/2
Weird Fact:
The Lupin were one of D&D's earliest fumbles with player races/ancestries. Introduced in early Greyhawk materials, they were friendly dogfolk who could sense werewolves and lived near humans. They wouldn't get playable stats until the terminal period of 2e AD&D, and have largely... 1/2
