"Predator: Badlands" truly takes the Predator franchise in an exciting new direction. Turning the Predator into the protagonist worked WAY better than it should've been. This is the most mythos-involving film I've ever seen of the Predator but it doesn't naval-gaze at itself to its own detriment.

Animation especially one on the scale of a "K-pop Demon Hunters" takes a long time to make. Not that live-action films are easy-peasy but the labor-intensive nature of animation (creating each frame meticulously) makes these a slower rollout than live-action.

Guess it can't be ALL good news as Super Sentai (one of the most beloved tokusatsu shows across the world) could potentially end for good. 50 years is a helluva run don't get me wrong. But stopping due to financial struggles leaves a bitter taste to folks who watch these shows.
