I didn't delete my Twitter account when I left. I made it private, figuring I'd delete it eventually. I wound up locked out and can't get back in and just don't give a shit. The other day, someone complained to my editor that I'm a coward for having a private X account. I found that deeply amusing.

I honestly can't tell whether these people are really this evil or just unbelievably stupid. Either way, many Americans will ultimately pay a steep price for it.
The administration is scaling back the childhood vaccine schedule *while also* eliminating state vaccine reporting requirements.
The latter will likely complicate efforts to measure the connsequences of the former for vaccine uptake.
