It is not misconduct to unionize, and I hope that Rockstar and Take-Two face serious legal challenges for what seems to be a very clear-cut case of union-busting.
BREAKING: Yesterday Grand Theft Auto VI maker Rockstar Games fired dozens of people, all of whom were involved in union efforts. A British union calls it "blatant and ruthless" union-busting. Take-Two Interactive says it was due to misconduct.

Yes, it's performative. It's meant to exhaust, the constant cycle of citations and charges of which many will be dropped. A ridiculous curfew. A road lined with barricades on both sides now. All of this to make the problem of people protesting a detention center go away.

Other than the obvious eugenics, I think one of the reasons acknowledging that neurodivergence is actually a normal part of humanity is that it has led to people questioning everything from ableism to child rearing practices to education and even how society functions as a whole.
