Plus a lot of studios who were formerly chill about remote working are increasingly leaning hard into getting everyone back into the office for no discernible reason (especially when many companies/teams are split across multiple countries anyway)
Just fucking insane to see the absolute (intentional) collapse of full remote jobs available for AAA studios in so short a time. Why would I EVER move for a job again when I could be laid off weeks after moving my entire life across the globe??

*This is an arbitrary amount, I'd need to do actual math about it, but don't debate me on the specific dollars. Point is: absolute wealth caps.
