yeah the issue with M4A is not that single payer isn’t a superior system (it is), it’s that the underlying issues with American healthcare still require mostly supply side fixes and the rationing that occurs at the insurance level is downstream of that
Medicare for All would inherit many of the existing problems in the American healthcare system and everyone would blame every random healthcare issue they have on M4A for a long time.
