A little ridiculous that HomeKit doesn’t support toggling lights on and off with a single button so you have to write silly little shortcuts

Netflix NFL broadcasts are produced by CBS but with Netflix goofiness on top which is very much Samsung truly believing the people demand Bixby

kavanaugh not beating the allegations that he’s a dumbass
Brett Kavanaugh (September 2025): The facts and how they relate to the law don’t matter. Assume ICE and other federal forces always act with integrity, always respect rights, and consistently impose minimal burden.

Brett Kavanaugh (December 2025): Should I not have done that? Was that wrong?
Kavanaugh in a footnote in today's opinion says "the officers must not make interior immigration stops or arrests based on race or ethnicity."

AI ran into a brick wall trying to control smart home devices this year, which feels like the canary in the coal mine for a lot of things. Excellent @jp2e.bsky.social dive into why and what comes next www.theverge.com/tech/845958/...

Nothing will inspire renewed confidence in American aviation like hastily making planes at the behest of the mad king
Trump: "We're also going to be talking about buybacks. They spend so much money on buybacks. They want to buy back their stock. I don't want them to buy back their stock. I want them to put the money in plant and equipment so they can build these planes fast, rapidly, like, immediately."

Very well done. I could nitpick as I usually do but Elizabeth got all the important stuff right and didn't sensationalize anything. Worth your time to read!

Sometimes the no comment is the entire story!
One explanation for Bari killing the story is that she did so as a public act of fealty to the administration. But another is that, as an inexperienced journalist, she doesn’t understand that a refusal to go on the record is a kind of comment in and of itself
