I’m surprised the Trump Administration hasn’t ruled out fonts altogether in favor of emojis.
One dimension that seems in the font wars is that Times New Roman & Calibri are generational markers. Times became microsoft's default in 1992 (Gen X). Calibri took over in 2007 (Millenials). Its like Rubio is yelling at all those new fangled fonts to get off his lawn. Meanwhile Gen Z is like 🙄

As far as I can see, this nat sec strategy is far harsher on Europe than on Russia. There is no mention of a threat from Russia or of deterrence, only that "re-establishing strategic stability" is a priority. Europe is cast as a major threat to freedom. A radical, dangerous document.
