Das Zitiergebot erfährt nur selten Aufmerksamkeit. Zugleich hat das BVerfG es durch zahlreiche Ausnahmen aufgeweicht – zuletzt im Martinstor-Beschluss.

Aufgrund dieser fragwürdigen Auslegung regt JOHANNES SCHÄFFER an: entweder neu ausrichten oder ganz abschaffen.
