79-year-old Paul Bojerski was born to Polish parents in a WWII German refugee camp. His family legally emigrated to the U.S. when he was 5.

He’s been taken by ICE in Florida.

According to the car wash owner, agents arrested employees before they could obtain their documentation from their work lockers. So many were likely here legally.

This is performative BS, as the Senate has no obligation to take it up. The leverage was to strip this bill in the underlying text last night at rules but Republicans refused to do so. Johnson is trying to do some CYA but he isn't fooling anyone.
