Very good point here. It's high time to put the foot down. It's totally unacceptable to talk about annexing other countries. All allies of Canada and Denmark should speak up immediately. It's urgent too, the ugly talk might become normalized otherwise.
So in one meeting, Trump seems happy for Putin to annex parts of Ukraine, while he takes Greenland. I suppose Rutte doesn't want to get the Zelensky treatment, but shouldn't the NATO SG mention that NATO allies aren't supposed to seize each other's territory?
It is certainly *not* out of the question for the Americans to stage some sort of mad provocation in or around Canada and Greenland. This is not a joke.
