The fact that the presence of Black and Brown hands on a sign affirming that all are welcome led to demands for removal reinforces that these folks aren’t just anti-DEI but also pro-segregation. They see the mere presence and representation of non-white people as unacceptable, bad, and a problem.
A teacher in Idaho has been told to remove posters reading "Everyone is welcome here" - specifically because it features different skin tones. As I wrote last week, this is a global political movement that has explicitly set the goal of eradicating the very concept of equality.

No one should be subject to being spirited out of the country and sent to a torture camp. Even if they’d been charged and convicted this would be a gross injustice. The fact they haven’t been found guilty of anything only adds to the terrible violence we’re seeing here.

Every time you see what sounds like a wild claim about woke research, you can assume a) it will fall apart under the most basic of inspection, b) the person making the claim will never be held accountable for lying, and c) it is a cover to gut useful research that we benefit from.
