This is a must-read if you don't know why randomized controlled studies for proven vaccines and treatments are hideously unethical, unless they are comparing the known treatment to a new treatment to see if the new one is *better*.

I think this is on the nose. When we say "listen to Black people" we mean "give the same weight and consideration to what Black people say as you would to a white person talking about their view & experience, instead of treating us like ignorant, naive, or unreliable narrators of our own lives".
I think when Black folks say it, it means something very different from when White folks do. In the former we usually mean "don't discount Black experiences as untrue or inaccurate" and in the latter... yeah. It's magical negro thinking.

I don't think it's coincidental that there is a massive push to elevate AI at the same time that there is a massive push to devalue human lives. Poverty is created through economic choices that benefit the rich, and the poor are being treated like they are disposable, replaceable with machines.
