I've now watched the censored 60 Minutes report on CECOT. If you watched it too—and if you have any decency at all—I'm sure you came to the same conclusion I did: winning elections won't be enough; people like Stephen Miller and Kristi Noem will need to be charged and imprisoned.

ByteDance is the only other significant AI customer at Oracle. They’re going to try and feed TikTok’s revenue into Oracle, not realizing the problem is that TikTok is also unprofitable. Have fun with all of that!

Lot of parallels to games. Suits waste profound amounts of money trying to will the industry into a consistent repetitive slop machine when, as with all entertainment, the only consistent rule is that inconsistent, original and good is the way of maybe getting a hit. Maybe.
I find it funny when an animated movie for an original IP that wasn't meant to be a big deal ends up making bank, and then every executive is left wondering how it happened. The answer is then always that the movie had a coherent and well-crafted story, looked cool, and had good music. Every time.
