If there is an Army of the Oppressor, there must be an Army of the Oppressed. Our solidarity can not simply be standing up for them but must also instruct on how they can stand up to liberate themselves from the shackles of parental property rights that treat them as objects to be owned.
based on how radical a lot of people who claim to be woke seem to find this stance, i think my most woke opinion might be "children are an oppressed class who need us to stand in solidarity with them to protect their rights and autonomy"
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

Just watched this episode and literally searched to see if I was the only one who felt like the writers of this anime has a seething hatred of women, glad I'm not alone.
Watching Zom 100 and then episode 4 hits and it's like 95% misogyny...

I was trying to just enjoy the trashy comedy without thinking about it too much, but then the creators felt the need to spend an entire episode reminding you that they view women as subhuman, and it's hard to push past that.

Members of oppressor classes will almost never willingly give up the power and authority which they gain through membership in the oppressor class, and therefore must never be trusted fully in the cause of liberation from oppressive hierarchies.

Talking about it sounding like Soviet Propaganda centers this as a criticism of 'America' specifically, and not as a criticism of how patriarchal structures in general, and across the world, act to abjectify and objectify women as sexual and reproductive capital.

I mean we have to understand that 'Women can only afford health care through sex work' is the result of unspoken policy choices which are intended to make women's bodies more available to men with power and money; it's the inevitable result of unspoken but omnipresent patriarchy.
"American girls have to sell sex to the nominee for attorney general of the United States to get braces" sounds like Soviet propaganda

In a normal year, flu researchers and the CDC would pivot to a more effective vaccine, but that's not the moment in which we live. If you got a flu shot this year, it may not do the trick. Mask up and stay home if you're symptomatic.
Warnings rise for U.S. as severe flu strain causes outbreaks in Canada, U.K.
A flu strain that emerged over the summer is causing "unprecedented" outbreaks in Japan, as well as in Canada and the U.K. The CDC hasn't provided insights on flu in the U.S. in nearly two months.

What doesn't get highlighted enough: bans on trans care almost never end just at healthcare specific to us. They're often a cover for just refusing to treat trans people period, for anything.

Broken bone? Surgery complications? Infection? Bigoted medical institutions are happy to let us die.
U.S. catholic bishops criticizing Trump's crackdowns obscured that at the same conference they tried to make sure way more trans people die due to a lack of life-saving medical care.

Catholic hospitals see 1 in 7 patients. In some areas they're the only medical system:

US terrorist watchgroups have for the past four decades had to split conservatively motivated violence into Christian fundamentalist, Neo-Nazism, anti-government conspiracism, and Islamic fundamentalist just so generic "Conservative" is not categorized as 90% of terrorist activity here.
If all of the people who participated in Jan 6th were arrested, we would be in a civil war right now. If Kamala won the election she and Democratic officials/ voters would’ve been attacked by Trump voters and we’d be seeing mass terrorist attacks and assassinations rn.

People don’t think America is a dictatorship of the owning class but this SCOTUS case defines and outlines it:

Police are required to protect property, but not people. Thus if you have no property, the police have no purpose except to harm you.
In 1999, a woman named Jessica Gonzales sought and obtained an order of protection against her physically abusive husband ("AH"), who had repeatedly threatened to kill her and their three children. The order included language specifically limiting when and where AH was allowed to see the children.

The thing is, the real elites don't have to be educated, and they know it. They own everything. Why would they bother to educate themselves, when they can skip all the hard work of learning and just exploit some dumb schmuck with an education to get the same results with no effort on their part?
one of the funniest quirks of human existence is that despite the fact that education can be bought, the super-rich are all like this

Republicans orchestrated a coup after an election and then Democrats did nothing with it for four years, instead they leaned on collegiate cordiality and bipartisanship which helped shape the narrative it wasn't a big deal. And you are a fucking idiot for not realizing they sold you out long ago.
I don’t understand this line of thinking. Republicans orchestrated an attempted coup and American voters shrugged then rewarded the Republican Party with the House of Representatives! If anything AMERICAN VOTERS crafted this situation.
Democrat bipartisanly crafted the situation America is in. That is by definition a component of the "real problem" and it won't be solved until the Democrats are gutted of every spineless loser like Cuck Schumer, Jeffries, and tokenistic pickmes like McBride.
