Yes, ICE is a Gestapo-like police force compromised largely of white supremacists who were unable to obtain jobs in traditional law enforcement. But so many of the anti-ICE people I talk to are like the worst wine moms . I have never felt more politically homeless.

At this point, is there a point in having Trump officials on TV? They're going to lie no matter what evidence you put in front of them and I can't imagine that anyone who supports Trump is going to change their minds based on an interview like this.

Utterly pathetic that neither @schumer.senate.gov nor @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social will publicly condemn Vance's rhetoric or try to rein in ICE. Congressional Dems need better leadership and they need it now!
This could typically be the sort of thing a Senate Minority leader or House minority leader could have said.
