A well regarded writer died recently and I wanted to learn more about them so I googled them and got a YouTube video that was AI slop. An AI program had grabbed a bunch of random images online, mashed them together, and generated a nonsense write-up of him that was read in an AI voice.

The UK should have a UAE style immigration system - work permits for a defined period, no citizenship or permanent residency, and no rights to bring dependents unless you meet a salary threshold. The Gulf countries have no shortage of workers in their hospitals.
