this right here. democrats never dismantle things previously set up in republican administrations. they consider it the status quo now and move forward with it, *possibly* adding a modicum of regulations on it, while it still performs basically as is. you may see *less* kidnappings, but that's it.
will dems defund ICE or do anything about the rampant kidnappings and see some accountability for the law breaking? well, is anyone in leadership or with a major profile in the party talking about that? no? then the answer is “no”

YES yes I’ve been saying this - have seen a million crashouts on tiktok where someone’s hapless offline partner didn’t understand a gifting trend that was invented literally the day before
