Carney is talking about eliminating GST for "SOME" first-time home buyers & thank science cause my problem isn't 40yr old bungalows priced at almost half a million dollars in areas of PEI the internet doesn't reach.
It's the 7% GST on $500,000 that is keeping me from owning a leaky roof.
