Yes, it is set in Chincoteague mid-2040s and there are ponies. Probably too many ponies. Or not enough ponies. Rockets too. Which, I guess, Chincoteague currently has pony and rocket problems, too. You'll just have to read it.

Council President Nelson pulled the amendment from @councilmember-amr.bsky.social to add $400,000 to restore funding to tenant services for a full council vote. This is an amendment supported by the Seattle Renters' Commission.

OK, "misunderstanding" is the wrong word here. There's a purposeful disinformation campaign from right wingers in WA to sow doubt about our elections. I honestly can't believe @mayorofseattle.bsky.social Harrell would say something like this, especially after the good stuff he said prior.
