Yes, "pregnant people" is inclusive language that describes pregnant cis women AS WELL AS trans men and nonbinary people, a lot of whom can get pregnant. But it also describes, like, 12-year-old girls who get pregnant. Do centrist pig-dogs think THEY are "women" too? Coz...bit of a red flag, that.

I realize this is out of reach for way too many people, but if you are able to buy a home, consider seriously buying a somewhat less expensive one and getting a 15-year loan.

If you have a mortgage & can afford ANY extra toward payments, SPECIFY on your invoice that the extra amount goes to PRINCIPAL ONLY and try to do that EARLY in the life of the loan when most of the amt is interest. Even a small amt can save tens of thousands or more on interest.
