This is literally half the people I grew up with. One kid used to steal cars every day, but also would pick me up from the bus stop and drop me at high school every day. In a stolen car.
In Massachusetts your cousin can either be a "good kid," a "piece of shit" or "a piece of a shit, but a good kid."
A cousin is anyone near your age in your family or some kid who is around a lot and an aunt is an older lady who gives a shit about you.

Today I passed a billboard w/ an ai-ass nativity scene beneath a giant cosmic Jesus and big text asking "Do You Love The Man As Much As The Baby?" and I choked on the coke zero I was drinking while driving and I stifled a cough and the bubbles foamed up through my nasal passages. I felt so present.

Yesterday my partner and I counted all the ads along Chicago's Brown Line for "Friend," a company selling an AI chatbot pendant, and tallied how many of those ads were defaced.
Still working on a longer piece on this, but here's the quick and dirty: we counted 104 "Friend" ads total, 42 defaced.

I feel like if I were the kid in the movie Whiplash, it’d take about 3 minutes in there with JK Simmons until I started secretly recording him with my phone, and it would be about 12 hours after that that I sued the university for $8 million and lived happily the rest of my life.
