I’m not amazed at all - Citizens’ Impeachment and other orgs working seriously to bring his presidency to a close *right now* are hard pressed even to get 10K followers. As long as “Let’s actually organize to get the predator out of politics” remains a niche position, the predator will thrive
God I forgot about this. It is AMAZING the things we learned about this man in 2015-6 that did not immediately bring his campaign to a close.

The way to stick up for her, after the fact, is to demand Trump’s removal from office until he’s removed from office.

I was surprised i hadn't seen anyone isolate this yet, I think the actual disgusting thing here is that none of the other journalists there stick up for her or ask her question again or anything else. They act like it didn't even happen.

Worth taking the "attention economy" metaphor seriously and realizing how much political discourse amounts to throwing good attention after bad, or getting conned out of attention. Just as rich guys investing in scams hurts the whole economy, big pundits feeding trolls hurts the wider discourse.
