accurate. this is why it's useless to engage in the violence/nonviolence debate. fascists will always frame any effective resistance as violent regardless of what tactics it uses. all that matters is what works. based on history, usually it's collective non-cooperation.

I kinda have to agree. The Court has repeatedly gone out of its way to ignore or contradict the plain meaning of the Constitution and other long-settled precedent to allow Trump to do whatever he wants with the executive branch. If that's not a rogue court I don't know what is.
