Next up in my traitor legion squad is this guy. Obviously he's an Emperor's Children marine.

My cow-man is nearly finished. I really enjoyed this model and will attempt to do the whole unit! Maybe 😅

First Sister from the new Kill Team box. I love this scheme but it is a pain to paint! #warhammercommunity

Very true. Nothing like needing to apply pressure to a model that wants your blood offering.

Rapanse is the other one who gets brought up when Bretonnia gets mentioned.

This trio from the Headtakers kit are now my favourite wolfs, very nice to clean up given the amount of fur texture.

Ragnar was less of a breeze. A few more joins that needed filled compared to the Head takers plus a major gap between parts of his cloak. #warhammercommunity #spacewolves

Last time I tried to paint a ginger cat it did not go well, much happier with this one!

No idea. Kharseth's lore is in a book no one has yet.

I'd have loved to hear when Sam mentions that, of yeah, he fought this big spider thing but he had a nice sword and a pretty water bottle so he was fine, and poor Elrond chokes on his tea.

One of the perks of being ace is succubi have to work way harder to please me. Bitch has been detailing my warhammer minis for three hours and I keep telling her this will get me off, promise.

That should keep me busy at work for a while.

...and call it macaroni
February 10, 2026 at 1:19 PM
Yup. I made sure to really glop it on and gloss coated the color underneath to try and get the best cracks I could with it.

Ah. I was just thinking of the stompy little crab feet.

Stompy?

So my EC are going to be the Palantine Choir and wherever I can I want to use vox grill heads on the minis. And since I will have extra Noise Marine backpacks kicking about I am thinking of using them on unit leaders and maybe the Lord Exaultant models as well.

One of my favorite bits to do in 40k is to spend time brainstorming story ideas for the armies I build. Just little touches that connect to an idea.

For my EC since I really got into them for the Noise Marines I decided to lean into the musical aspect by making the warband also relate to sound.

Well hello there.

Forgot that the codex has some alternative schemes for warbands, such as the Threnodic Choir here.

I haven't drilled down on that user map but I'm gonna guess I'm in the "people who wish they could just post about movies and books and Fallout and Warhammer and decades-old erotic thrillers instead of life in the Darkest Timeline."
