I know we all hate this administration, but my children have chronic illnesses and they have 3 annual exams: one with their pediatrician, one with their Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor, and one with their Pulmonologist (breathing doctor).

There’s been a nice overall whimsy that has shown up. The frog is amazing. We had a bunch of other inflatable people here last night, too. I saw people playing Twister the other day.
What they rely on is fear. So by coming out in an absurdist manner, it speaks to them, to some extent, that we’re actually not that afraid.
It also dismantles their narrative a little bit. I realized today that Pete Hegseth is a guy who thinks of war in terms of movies like 300 and he was talking to a room full of people who think about Napoleonic era miniatures wargames and I don’t think Hegseth has any idea.

"Ian" is harvesting brussel sprouts in Salinas, CA. Part of it is done w/a machine, but a crew of workers needs to cut off the stalks in the field, while another worker cut off the leaves as he feeds the stalks into the machine. It's tiring work especially in the heat. #WeFeedYou
