it's genuinely pathetic how badly they fucked the american people in return for nothing, not even a deal but "promises" that republicans will "come to the table" and how unafraid they are to state that outright on national television because they know there are no consequences

I don't understand why this isn't absolutely blowing up. A whole public library system shutting down branches to remove books because the Tennessee Secretary of State believes that Executive Orders are above the Constitution.

This was horrific to watch. Agents entering a daycare, wrestling with and abducting a teacher in front of small screaming children. I just… what the fuck are we doing here.
this morning, ICE went into a Spanish language immersion daycare and took a teacher from the building in front of screaming and crying kids and parents at dropoff and the daycare had to shut down for the day (near Lane Tech, where they were yesterday). Really hoping today's "theme" is not "daycare."

this is very funny, but to be earnest for a moment: the same guys setting $10M on fire here are the ones who can’t stand the idea of buses being free, of rent being affordable, of anything at all being easier for all the people for whom $10M would be an unimaginably transformative amount of money
