This isn't therapy via tech. It's delusion, and I really believe it is harmful. Talking to a business for decades instead of actual loved ones that are here with us is not beneficial to anyone except the company.

There's a lot to be said in regards to generative AI / LLMs as a tool for fascism and information control. Naturally the VP is a fan of the model that advocated for Nazi leadership before taking on the moniker MechaHitler.
Remember, all these "tools" are being used to sway minds. Even yours.

I ran a test several months ago with Acrobat's AI assistant on a TV pilot I had written (the script was already publicly available.) It was unable to answer basic questions about the plot, including whether or not a character died during the episode.

When I told one LAPD supervisor that they were arresting press, they didn't believe me. When I talked to another, they made it clear that they weren't going to listen to me, follow their own policy, follow the law, or care. When I asked to speak to the incident commander, I was told they were busy.
