As dispiriting as it is to watch talented people lose their jobs and good sites get pivoted into oblivion, I also don't get any sense that the people doing it have any kind of plan for the future beyond extracting the maximum juice from what time is left. Cable TV is also like this now.

A lot of people hate wearing face masks but it just makes logical sense to get used to wearing a face mask now with the direction the planet is headed. You don't want to breathe in pollution & wildfire smoke. Plus you get the bonus of avoiding the plague. N95s are your friend.
