On board with ending ICE as we know it and limiting immigration enforcement to ports of entry, areas within literal spitting distance of the border, and felons being released from prison within literal spitting distance of said prison

I am all about keeping cases out of federal court. Raise the amount in controversy for diversity jurisdiction to $7.5 million and repeal CAFA!!!
Border security and mass deportation are different things. There’s a lot more support for the former than the latter. Most people don’t want unauthorized persons and things crossing the border, but also don’t feel like tanking our economy or ruining working people’s lives for racist reasons

It’s not a loophole. It’s basic finance. And every team gets the same damn AAV discount on the CBT value for deferrals. The Padres have been over the luxury tax before and pay deferred money like everyone else

The Democrats have never lost an election cycle during a Trump presidency. They won in both 2018 and 2020. They’ll probably win in 2026 and 2028. It’s just really unfortunate that ignorant and misinformed people have so much impact on election outcomes
