We did it! 20 km of new bike lanes including Rathburn, Trethewey, and Kingston. The approval “sends notice that the City of Toronto is not just going to sit around and twiddle its thumbs while Bill 60 is law.”

Canada’s anti-greenwashing rules protect our health, but they’re under threat.

Send a message to Ottawa: don’t give fossil fuel companies the license to lie to us. Choose truth, health and transparency instead.

Toronto's will have a new transit line starting tomorrow! Exciting!

While this is a long-overdue & much needed replacement for the overcrowded 36 bus, this community deserves to see a Line 6 that is meaningfully faster & more frequent than the bus. We're calling for transit signal priority.

Thank you for having a spine Guilbeault. Shame on Carney. Caving yet again.
This afternoon, I informed the Prime Minister of my decision to resign as Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture, Minister responsible for Official Languages, Minister of Nature and Parks Canada, as well as his Lieutenant in Quebec.

You can find my full statement below.

At the end of the day I'm not sure how much difference it makes. But it is striking to put out a budget that axes a luxury tax on yachts and adds a co-pay for refugee claimants accessing drugs and dental care.

Prime Minister Carney, you campaigned on housing, healthcare, and affordability. This bail reform wasn’t in that platform. Are you governing as a Liberal or implementing conservative policy? When will Canadians see the progressive agenda you promised?

It's been pretty shocking how backwards facing Carney is. Most of the projects he's pushing could've been proposed 50 years ago.

It's kind of inexplicable how little he cares about setting Canada up for the next century and future proofing our economy.

Right on. Even just on the level of strategy this is a bad move. Carney got Canadians riled up for a fight and willing to make sacrifices to win it. He has squandered that public will and won't likely get it back.
