I still haven't seen our new CMOH, appointed Dec 18th, (or old one, for that matter. Or any public health official) in the media on this topic.

So many excuses preemptively made for the driver. "she was distraught"; the vehicle turning radius is high; it's easy for drivers to speed there; it was dark and rainy (daytime).
