According to my sources, the FBI was initially open to a concurrent investigation with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (the state agency that would do this investigation).
Trumpy U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen heard about this and intervened, barring the FBI from cooperating with local police.

So, I've been offline all afternoon. Do I have this straight? The House Oversight Committee released 20,000 Epstein docs. These aren't the documents that would be released by the House after getting the 218 signatures, correct? This means there should be a lot more to come (if they vote to release)?
