"Democrat party"
In an unhinged dissent in our Texas redistricting victory, a GOP appointed judge seems to believe that George Soros and I did...well, I'm not sure what...but he is very mad. Bigly.

Yeah we know
Host: One of the biggest concerns is that if you are successful in dismantling the Department of Education, what is going to happen is an even more complex bureaucracy that will make it harder for families to find the resources when they need help.

McMahon: I don't have any worry about that at all.

you should first of all say Governor Newsom.
I dunno, man, if I began an opinion with a 3+ page "Preliminary Statement" complaining about disrespectful conduct by the other two judges on the panel, I would not immediately follow it up with this:

this review is great - amazing how Fetterman manages to be this much of a loser in a book he neither wrote nor read.
A former Fetterman advisor texted me: “I think what comes across is the reality of who he is, which is a petulant child who never became a man and is always the victim of his own narrative—even though he’s never had a real job and lives off his dad’s money. It's all pretty sad and pathetic."

John Fetterman’s just-released memoir, Unfettered, argues that he’s turned a corner and has everything under control. Fetterman was a “stubborn asshole” (his words), he was clinically depressed, he wa...

DOJ now "respectfully takes no position" on whether the initial sentencing memo in the Taylor Taranto case that mentioned Jan. 6 and called it a riot should be public. Judge orders it unsealed.
DOJ still has to explain why it sealed a filing that mentioned the things that a Jan. 6 defendant did on Jan. 6. Judge Nichols praised the lawyers after they were placed on leave.

some possibility they will try to shield documents from release by claiming a link to investigations, and since most of it touched banks at one point or another, this paints a broad brush. All the docs do have to be indexed, however.

I truly find the notion that the US can't assimilate immigrants insulting. Such little faith in our own capacity, values, culture etc. We did it before.

it's odd to have cycled thru the same rock and pop star archetypes 3 times at this point. This must have been why my parents were so unimpressed with R.E.M. and Nirvana.

Thor save us! Looks like Witkoff tweeted what was meant to be a DM, saying the content for this Axios story must have come from "K." Almost certainly this refers to Kirill Dmitriev. It seems the russian side is leaking this for a reason. My shortbus comment in 🧵 was way too generous beyond 😜

This is pretty amazing. This guy just won a solid victory in Bucks County, PA, one of the most important swing counties in the country, by *explicitly and deliberately* making his race *all about* nationalizing ICE raids. Confirms the point about this now being a winning issue for Dems.

You have to follow the link to Twitter to see Vindman's actual statement. He calls on Trump to release the transcript of his call with MBS after Khashoggi murder. But he makes pretty clear that Trump gave MBS a big high five after he ordered JK sawed into parts. x.com/RepVindman/s...

I honestly didn't even know this was a mistake you could make. Impressive!

So an invalidly appointed prosecutor brough an unvoted indictment, based on evidence violating the 4th amendment, attorney client privilege, and the 5th amendment. Against "false claims" that were literally true, all on direct order of a vindictive president?

Is this the most dismissable case ever?

Approximately 30% of all job postings are fake, with millions of ghost jobs making a tough hiring process even worse.

I want to lay down a few markers here for folks as the clock starts ticking down to the release of the Epstein Files.

1) You are going to learn about a lot more disgusting and sickening things people said, joked about and maybe even did. You will likely be disappointed in someone you had admired
