New: We've translated in full a 1988 KGB training manual on how to infiltrate U.S. government facilities in the Middle East and North Africa. Something of a Russian growth industry these days, you might say. open.substack.com/pub/macspaun...

Russian forces are exploiting heavy fog and poor weather to push light vehicles into southern Pokrovsk. Ukrainian sources confirm the conditions are hampering drone operations, making it harder to spot and strike Russian movements.

Hello again. I am refreshed😊

It feels like days since my last post, in reality it was just 8 hours ago. That's when there was a lively end to the previous day's thread.

Without further ado, here is the Ukraine🧵on Day 1355 of the defence of democracy against fascism + Nazism.

Back in 2019, a report called “Weapons of Mass Distraction” dissected how states like Russia and China weaponize our own social platforms.

Six years later—end of 2025—its lessons are more relevant than ever. 🧵

🇸🇪 PM Ulf Kristersson

“We have never had greater control over the Baltic Sea. And this, of course, irritates Russia. This is our sea. I firmly believe that 🇸🇪, 🇪🇪, and other European Union countries must prepare for russia's long-term isolation. This war will not be the end of it,”

There is an 🇪🇪 saying. When vatniks cry faul, you are doing something right.
Ethnic grievance part is extra ironic when you consider russian claims about the reasons of the war. But that's tankie logic. russian killing in the name of grievance is fine. Europe limiting visas is imperialist crime

While less corruption in the russian army would be bad for us. I approve of this policy. Why? If they actually start doing it, they will lose scores of frontline command. More than half of russian officers are corrupt. And long term? It has never worked, never, so no threat there
1/ The Russian Minister of Defence, Andrey Belousov, is reported to have ordered a crackdown on corruption and physical abuse in the Russian armed forces. In particular, the widespread practices by commanders of extortion and murder ("zeroing out") are coming under scrutiny. ⬇️

"Putin attacked Ukraine, not Russians" fails to grapple with why millions of ordinary Russians were willing to follow orders in a devastating war against Ukraine.

This stuff open up questions over how far Russia as a society will come to terms with the past after Putin is gone.

Quike math says about 50k Shaheds worth. Would be interesting if Magyar takes it somehow into campgain. Elect me, get more expensive gas isn't a great slogan but elect me, lets screw Putin would resonate with many Hungarians

Trump has given Hungary a one-year exemption on importing Russian fuel.
At a stroke, with Russia's extra profits, imagine how many extra missiles/drones, and therefore Ukrainian deaths, Trump & Orbán have just agreed to.

Next India will demand an exemption, then everyone else

Day 1354 started with another devastating combined multi-missile and drone attack on Ukraine, which I was up reporting on until just a few hours ago.

Why? Because Putin is a war criminal now fearing for his life, and because the west is too weak collectively.

Here's the new🧵

Actual live Nazi/KGP stuff. Brutal to the point of absurd. Document everything
A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.
