@devincf.bsky.social — not what you want to hear, but 90% of your weight loss wins will come from diet. Caloric deficit is what drives fat loss. Exercise expends calories, but not as much as cutting way back on bread and pasta.

Action is the antidote to despair! Can be political or election advocacy, but it doesn't have to be. Volunteering for something to help your community works, and connects you with people. It can still be frustrating, but there's no room for "nothing matters, whatever." (Griping online isn't action.)
