The president is a political cartoon of corruption come to life, a gaudy grifter who is selling off pardons and lining his pockets, building a golden ballroom and protecting his fellow sex predator elites, all the while regular Americans are suffering and struggling to make ends meet.

Run on *that*

As others have pointed out, the founders never foresaw a corrupt president (which we have) abusing the pardon power to absolve all criminals and miscreants for any reason, nor did our Daffy Duck Supreme Court ever think it might not be a good idea to put said president above the law.

They're all war crimes (and domestic crimes). This one is just worse than the others.
Mark Kelly says Pete Hegseth's reported double tap strike on a boat "seems to" be a war crime, and adds, "if what has been reported is accurate, I've got serious concerns about anybody in that chain of command stepping over a line that they should never step over. We are not Russia. We are not Iraq"

So they are paying out quota rewards to federal employees now.
#ICE isn't "deporting" immigrants, it is kidnapping them.

#DOGE isn't "fixing" the government, it is dismantling it.

#Trump isn't "helping" Americans, he is retaliating against them.

#PamBondi isn't "upholding" the Constitution, she is ignoring it.

I am once again asking United States Senators to take a trial ad class to learn cross examination and witness control techniques plz
One thing to note about Bove’s response re: whistleblower report is that he didn’t explicitly deny making the “fuck you” comment.

Would be interesting to see his response if a senator directly asks him if he denies saying that

Pete Hegseth will face prosecution for real war crimes, not imagined ones, so there's no problem.

And come on, no one believes a podcaster is going to murder military police and martial court judges over one douchebag that's no longer in office.

96% of the highest-paid workers in the US have paid sick days.

Just 38% of the lowest-paid workers get them — including the thousands of retail workers working this holiday weekend.

Only in America do we call working people ‘essential’ but deny them paid sick leave.

2. That is not an answer to the question.

There are specific reasons Trumpists want war on Venezuela, but there‘s a generic one: they crave power to make war on anyone, any time, for completely fabricated reasons, and then to use the guise of war to increase violence and repression everywhere, including home.

They are lawless bestial scum.
