For the love of God, Schumer is 74. He is out of touch, lacking in ideas, an arrogant SOB and a sell out.

I wonder if I can get a group of people in my life to stand around me and say stuff like this.
Pirro: "Mr President, there is in this room a group of people who love you, who believe in you, and who are so proud to be in this Oval Office and to be part of this amazing day because you have changed the course of America."

Found the tweet that Joyce Carol Oates bodied Elon Musk with and it's so beautiful in its eloquent, simple take down. So much so he's crashing out trying to prove he reads books now. Put this in the Louvre.

He was my Senator for a long time. For a really large chunk of that time I thought he was some politician from Israel. As he always spoke up about Israel, but would never mention Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island or Queens. He totally voted Cuomo

Nature makes weird planets, and now this is among the weirdest: As big as Jupiter, made of carbon, blasted by high winds, and heated to 1900 degrees C by a dying, fast-spinning pulsar.

No matter how bad things get here, we live on the best of all possible worlds. 🔭🧪

Really great piece tying extractive model of AI to its bubble.
“Every person using ChatGPT costs OpenAI more money then they pay them. Every free and paying user asking how to make a fluffy omelette or getting it to draft an email to their kid's teacher drains their resources.”

The Gist: AI, The Sound and Fury
We can calculate the amount of money flowing into AI. But what will the full cost be to society when the bubble pops? This is the Gist.

Its the arrogance that gets me. In olden days when a party leader led his cacus out to pasture (to the minority) that was it. You were no longer the leader and/or you retired.
Now, they hang around and act like they deserve to stay in charge. Fault or not, you lost the senate. Youre done bro!!

Listen Kaine, Hassan, King, Cortez-Masto, Durbin, Shaheen, Rosen, and Fetterman. You're NOT gonna take away my 2025 election joy. We voted in that election for folks to FIGHT for us. That doesn't include YOU.

YOU are what we voted AGAINST last Tuesday. So I'm gonna hang on to that.

The people were on our side. We were building momentum to help save our democracy. We could have won - the premium increase notices were just starting.

And giving in now will embolden him. Things will likely get worse.
