I noticed something during recent ER visits..
More people being intubated.
I can assume this is happening as often when I'm not there.
In other words, there's a LOT of severe respiratory illness, Covid and RSV..

I’m infuriated this barbaric collection of thugs is allowed to operate. It’s clear that ICE is not doing what this fascist regime sent them into our cities to do. There are no uprises to quell, no riots to contain. ICE is the source of the violence. Why can’t a god damn court stop this charade?
