Repeatedly, the black person was told nothing was available, while the white tester was shown apartments for immediate rental.” Gift

They are in one of the best places in the world to eat food but can't go out either because Italian food is too exotic, or because they know they would be booed.

Not just the VP, not just abroad. Key members of the Trump cabinet live on military bases (Hegseth, Noem, Rubio, Miller).
Not only did they bring a small private army, but among the waste of taxpayer money was BRINGING A FULL PLANE OF FOOD.

To *Italy*.

Watergate, but if someone was killed.
NYT confirming MS NOW reporting:

Prosecutors began investigating Renee Good's killing, then Washington told them to stop.

Federal prosecutors had a warrant to collect evidence from Good's vehicle, but Trump leaders said to drop it. About a dozen prosecutors have since departed.

New, from me: Trump finalized his Schedule F policy, allowing him to remove job protections from career civil servants.

The new rule is dishonest and unmoored from reality in its effort to formalize the politicization of the federal government 🧵

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”

What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

And it’s not just mental heath crises. Fully half of the people killed by police in the US have a disability.

What folx need to understand is that cops are not well-trained in deescalation or conflict resolution.

All they have that we don’t is that gun, and permission to use it to end a conflict.

“They were very racist people,” he said. “No one insulted them, neither me nor the other person they detained me with. It was their character, their racism toward us, for being immigrants.”

As Trump threatens this year’s elections, he operates against the cold reality that he has never accepted an election he lost. He won’t accept it when he loses control of Congress this fall. He will try to overturn it however he can, with the full range of tools available to him as president.
Trump has never accepted election results and he is only getting worse
While Trump has been banging the rigged-election drum for years, it is getting worse.

They’re deporting US Army veterans.

They say if they’re undocumented, they must go.

Such a selfish group of human beings.

They consider undocumented immigrants “good enough” to go to war and possibly die for the country, but not good enough to avoid deportation.

Ghouls.
